Christmas beers and training over Christmas/New Year

Good to see many of you at the Christmas drinks last night.

No training this Thursday (22nd December).

Training on 27th December, 29th December and 3rd Jan. as normal.

If you are currently injured please do all you can to get yourself in shape for the games on 7th Jan and 14th Jan. Go and see a physio to get yourself back on track - don't just 'wait' for it to get better.

Any of you out there receiving these emails and you are not playing …. Jump aboard and get involved - forget the gym as your new years resolution, start rugby training. All welcome.
