Woking RFC 6 Nations Drinking Rules. NOT TO BE DISPUTED!
All change! 1's and 2's fixtures are now unfortunately at 2pm on Saturday. Drinking will therefore ensue after the matches and during the England game. The first Woking 6 nations fixture will take place at 7pm!
- Each team is assigned one of the 6 nations in advance of the date.
- You are expected to represent your chosen nation by wearing appropriate attire and making a reasonable attempt to learn their national anthem.
Some of you will have been on the first very successful summer social event - The WRFC Rat Run organised in 2013. WRFC have booked a number of tickets for June this year.
The RAT Run is a train journey on Steam driven locomotive travelling from Alton to Alresford Station. The event is run by the Watercress Railway line and CAMRA.
A number of Real Ales and ciders are available on the train (@ £2.00 a pint) and cheap hot food (usually a Curry & Chilli Con Carne), then we head back to Woking for a night cap in a Woking hostelry.
Put this date in your WRFC social diary:
The President of Woking RFC Sean Elder, invites all to Presidents' Day on Saturday 18th April 2015.
