Cheers

Edward O'Kelly

From R Grady, club Vice President:

Dear all

Edward passed away peacefully on Thursday after a long and at times painful illness. I have known Edward for well over 40 years. As club bar steward at our club he used to welcome us back in after mini rugby with a half pint of bitter shandy. We progressed on to the hard stuff later… Over the decades he and his family have been great supporters of our club and Edward used to be a regular on the touchline every week.

The flag is half-mast at the club.

Captain's Words

Gents,

If you get the chance to spend 2 minutes listening to Dicky I think you'll all get equally as enthused as I am for the upcoming season. He firmly believes this is our year to get out of Surrey 4, but to do so requires everyone to push for it. That means the whole club, not just the players!

Quick Dates - 23rd July, 13th August, 18th August, 27th August, 5th September.
