2017/18 - Pre Season Training

With the 16/17 out of the way, planning has already began in earnest for the 17/18 season. Head coach Pete D'Cruz has announced the initial plans for Pre-Season with more details to come:

May - No formal training. A chance to let the bodies recover after a tough season and get any old injuries seen to.

June - Various sporting activities. A chance to boost fitness, team building and most importantly, a chance to have fun.

July - Rugby. The real business begins as we crack on for the 17/18 season.

Everyone is welcome down regardless of age/experience/size. Do get involved.
