Annual General Meeting 2024
The AGM will be held on Saturday 1st June at 2:30pm at Camphill Social Club, West Byfleet, KT14 6HF.
A review of the previous year will be discussed & presentation of Officer’s Reports and Election of Officers.
The committee welcomes nominations & applications for roles on the committee for existing members or new members to the Club; we’d especially appreciate any help or assistance on several roles such as Fixture Secretary, Social Secretary, Safeguarding Officer, or just general committee member.
Further details can be found about all roles below.
The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules* and/or any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal will need to be submitted in writing to the Honorary Club Secretary via email to wokingrugby@gmail.com or by post to Rhys Parker, 69 Avondale, Ash Vale, GU12 5NF. - no later than 5pm Saturday 25th May (7 days prior to the AGM date).
Please note that only members whose annual membership and subscriptions are up to date can vote at the AGM.
We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday 1st June. Post AGM we shall be holding our end of season awards.
