
The AGM will be held on Saturday 31st May at 2.30pm at Camphill Club, Camphill Road, West Byfleet, KT14 6HF.
The AGM will:
- Provide a review of the previous year to be discussed and presentation of Officer’s reports and election of Officers.
- Be the opportunity to submit questions to the committee and for additions or alterations to the Club Rules and/or any other motion to be submitted.
If you would like to stand for a committee role
The committee welcomes nominations and applications for roles on the committee from existing members or new members to the club. Further details can be found about all roles here.
If you would like to stand for a role, please email wokingrugby@gmail.com or register your intention to stand on the club noticeboard at Camphill. The latter will be available from Saturday 3rd May.

Any questions or proposals will need to be submitted in writing to Rhys Parker the Honorary Club Secretary via email to wokingrugby@gmail.com by no later than 5pm Saturday 24th May (7 days prior to the AGM date).
Please note that only members whose annual membership is up to date can nominate, stand or vote at the AGM.
