The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Woking RFC, will take place 3pm Saturday 29th July at Camphill Social Club.
A review of the previous year will be discussed & presentation of Officer’s Reports and Election of Officers.
The committee welcomes nominations & applications for roles on the committee for existing members or new members to the Club; we’d especially appreciate any help or assistance on several roles such as Fixture Secretary, Social Secretary, Safeguarding Officer, or just general committee member. Further details can be found about all roles here.
The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules and/or any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal will need to be submitted in writing to the Honorary Club Secretary via email to wokingrugby@gmail.com or by post to Rhys Parker 9 Woodside Close, Knaphill, Surrey. GU21 2DD - no later than Saturday 22nd July (7 days prior to the AGM date).
Please note that only members whose annual membership is up to date can vote at the AGM.
