Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held at 3pm on Saturday, July 29th at The Camphill Club.
Nominations for the 2023/2024 Woking RFC committee are now open. If you would like to be more involved or have a particular skill you think could be put to good use now is the time to stand up.
Important notice about nominations. If there is more than one candidate for any position, then a vote will be held at the AGM on the 29th of July. There will be elections and re-elections for club officials.

When registering your interest to stand please make sure you have a club member to second your request to stand.
Please note you must be a paid-up member to stand, propose, second or vote. If you are not sure, please contact Treasurer Matt Childs to set up your payments ASAP.
Please DO NOT propose anyone without their permission!
You can register your interest to stand for more than one role. Each requires its own submission using the form below.
The AGM is NOT an open forum! If there is something you would like to discuss, then please contact a committee member. We will then see if it is possible to add to the agenda.
